Comfortable bed, waterfall shower (perfect temperature and water pressure), daily cleaning service, mini fridge in room, 90 bus going into city center just around the corner so the location was super, safe/secure area, it’s a great base for a longer Bucharest stay, coffee and small supermarket just around the corner. Very elegant/chic interior with carpeted floors that looks better than on the photos, reception staff was very hands off/respectful, which some people like (myself included), overall cleanliness was very good everywhere

Breakfast was great, also the sheets, the mattress and room size is great. The room is quiet. I was impressed by the kindness of the staff and the amazing way of helping you with any detail or need, even if it was atypical

Spacious and comfortable room, quiet and relaxing. The staff at the reception was friendly and they even lend us an umbrella to use during our stay, as the weather was pretty horrible. Overall a decent stay for a couple of nights!

This hotel was fantastic — I’ll definitely check in there again! The room was very spacious and clean. The shower room was also spotless, with good water pressure. The AC worked great, and the bed was very comfortable. The breakfast was excellent — they had everything: eggs, sausages, vegetables, fresh orange juice, coffee — a real champion's breakfast that gave us a great boost to start the day. Another plus is the parking at this hotel. There are two options: one in front of the hotel, which is free, and another underground, which costs 35 lei per day (not a big deal). During my stay, I only had to use the underground parking once. The location wasn’t especially relevant for us since we had a rental car and drove everywhere. Thank you, Ibis — I’ll be back! :-*

The location is quite convenient. The bus that takes you to the center is about 3 minutes walk and takes roughly 20 minutes. The staff is lovely and helpful. They will make sure you are helped no matter what. There is also an ATM in the lobby in case it is ever needed. The hotel is overal very clean, the rooms are nice, AC is quite good, and the lobby is buzzing with life in the morning.

The guy at the reception, who met us on the arrival date (29 Sept) and was there on our departure date (4 Oct) was so friendly and supportive: he prepared invoices and lunchboxes and did everything to make us feel home. So we are very grateful to him, unfortunately I didn't ask his name. But hugely thanks to him, my feedback is very positive.

The size of the room is huge and spacious. The bed and pillows are sooo comfortable! Hot and cold shower, air condition and heaters are all working very well! Also liked the big android tv since I can cast from my phone.

Everything was wonderful, from the staff, check-in process, room, amenities and ending with the food. The staff is very friendly and helped us whenever we had questions. The breakfast is very varied, with dietary options; the menu for lunch or dinner is smaller but everything we had was delicious. Several transport options if you want to go to the historic center/ train station.

The hotel lobby is very cozy and smells great alongside the very nice staff it makes for a perfect mix. The room looks very modern, has one of the best beds I ever slept in and you have everything you need. If you need extra things, the stuff will help you. You also have a few free parking spots in front of the hotel if you are able to arrive early, otherwise you have to go to the paid ones, but at least these are under a roof.

We will always choose ibis if there is a chance. This specific hotel was super clean, late check in was very convenient, it is located outside the center of the town but right outside there is a bus station and bolt is super cheap also. The receptionist offered to transfer us in a room with a nice city view and warned us for the noise from the room being close to the elevator,which i think was very polite and thoughtful of him . We enjoyed our stay a lot.
